New shadcn/ui Figma Component: Questionnaire

This week, shadcn/ui released Questionnaire — a new component for multi-step question flows like surveys, onboarding, intake forms, and agent clarification prompts. We've already added it to both our Basic and Pro shadcn/ui kits for Figma, so you can start designing questionnaire flows that match the code your developers will ship.

What is the Questionnaire component?

The Questionnaire component is a multi-step questionnaire with single-choice, multiple-choice, freeform, and skippable questions. It's built for flows where users answer one question at a time:

• Onboarding — profile users during sign-up without overwhelming them
• Surveys and feedback — single-choice and multiple-choice questions with optional freeform answers
• Intake and configuration forms — collect requirements step by step, with explicit skip actions for optional questions
• AI agent clarification prompts — let an agent ask structured follow-up questions

Our Figma version mirrors the shadcn/ui component, including progress indicators, Previous/Next/Skip/Submit navigation, and all four question types.
