Figma kit update, new Academy, and component refinements

We have updated the Nova style Figma kit with new Academy content, new Figma lesson categories, and a long list of component refinements across the design system.

This update focuses on making the Nova kit easier to learn, easier to adapt for real product systems, and closer to the latest shadcn/ui component patterns.

Academy updates

We added new lessons across theming, components, and the Figma plugin:

• Alpha variables (Theming)
• Inverted menu color (Theming)
• Multi-brand design systems (Theming)
• Pricing card component (Components)
• Importing variables (Plugin)
• Create (Plugin)

We also updated existing lessons:

• Edit card component with slots (Components)
• Pricing section block (Pro Blocks)

The Academy now includes a new component variants lesson: Implementing changes.

We also added a whole new Icons category and added a Pro Blocks category to the Figma lessons.

Component updates

This release includes many small component improvements to spacing, sizing, borders, radius values, and variants.
